Halloween is one of my favorite times of the year. I love to do
Halloween arts and crafts with my students during this time. I have
posted their Frankensteins made out of tissue rolls and their paintings of jack-o-lanterns that they painted with acrylic
paint. My students love to paint on the easel.

The Red Barn
A yearly event for Oak View Pre-School is visiting The Red Barn. We have so much fun riding on the big wagon out to the pumpkin patch, picking pumpkins and going down the big slides, but this year we were surprised when we got to also pedal tractors around the track. It was so much fun racing each other. Then it was back to the barn for yummy applesauce doughnuts. It was a great day!

Granny Smith
Oak View Pre-School started off the school year with a visit from Granny Smith teaching about different varieties of apples and the many things you can make with apples. Then the students did Apple Math and graphed their favorite kind of apple. Afterwards Granny Smith treated us with her applesauce cookies. They are yummy!
